Throttle Lock v0.4(Freeware)

Requirements: WM5,WM6
Overview: ThrottleLock is a little app to lock your device. It will only be unlocked when a pattern is drawn on a grid of points.
Important: the default code is to click on the first point (the one on the top left corner)

Changelog:
- Diagonal support for patterns.
- Faster (implemented with the new ThrottleLauncher png rendering engine based on libpng and zlib)
- Lighter, as now it's faster to paint when it deactivates it can free all the graphics info without drawback on startup time.
- Caller id popup showing who's calling or who you are talking to.
- New Layout based on the design by Aldur (thanks pal!)
- Configuration tool (a little bit ugly but really functional). Asks for pattern before entering for security.
- Multiple skins support that you can switch between using the config tool.
- Removed the tap&hold menu (change pattern implemented on the config tool)
- Two locking methods: all buttons or all but phone buttons.
- Lock on startup support.
- Grid size changing through config dialog.
- Option to autolock device when an incomming call enters.

To install a skin:
1. Close the config app if you have it opened.
2. Uncompress the zip file to your skins folder.
3. Open Config ThrottleLock (@ StartMenu>Programs).
4. Select the new skin in the combo.

version 0.4 is included in the .zip file so this an update if you only have 0.3

Edit the skin.xml file located in your theme folder. Put it on your desktop, open it with notepad, and change the HH to hh or h

Correct, with throttle lock the resolution is the same between VGA and QVGA. It does not make a difference. all dimensions are QVGA

ive got a bit of a dumbass problem here - I installed this last night & immediately forgot what i had used as a pattern! (in my defence, it was midnight lol)..

I got on and uninstalled it so no problems using it but when i reinstall it i dont get the option to add a new pattern so im guessing there is a file in there somewhere holding the old one that i need to delete?

Any ideas please lol

D/\SH thanks for the reply but I just placed it on the sd card. When it asked where to download I clicked phone(or whatever other option). However it keeps telling me it was installed and my phone isnt functioning properly. Can you help me with how to remove it or what not?

why did you post this twice? once in this thread and once in a new one.... please be patient you didnt even give us 2 minutes to respond.... we are human and not robots lmao..... but you need to install to the main memory and in your other thread that i closed you will find the answer to your question in depth.

sorry i saw ur post telling me to post here and then found that that thread was closed and didnt think there would be anymore posts on them. i just looked at it again. but is there a way to delete it. i hooked it up to my computer, went to program files, and found it but it wouldnt let me delete it.

a way to delete the throttle lock program. my pro started freezing and was completely unfunctional so i hard reset it. hopefully this takes care of the problem.

a hard reset will revert the rom you are running back to stock so now you will have to install everything over again.... im doing the same thing right now and all i can say is ATR baby

idk what happened but i just finished the hard reset and surprisingly i still have BJ's murder rom, but when I checked programs throttle lock was no longer there and my phone is working fine. thanks for the help and (ATR?)

a hard reset wont restore you back to the stock rom.... it will restore you back to the rom you were last running but in the condition that it was in when you first flashed....

whenever you hard reset it will always start over clean with the lateset rom u have installed. ATR - Read through todays posts......look for teaser.....you'll find it

hahahahahaha im good like that and i can see it coming so i hurry lmfao..... and so far so good... almost done setting the beast up and will report back tonight around 1230 eastern time on palringo with the results.... gonna beat the hell out of it and see what kind of a lickin it can handle :> also any way to change the red highlights?

When u download a skin 4 the throttle it is in .rar format wat do u have 2 change it 2 to use it as a skin?

You have to use Winrar , that way you can open the rare file. The files you need to copy in throttle folder will be in there.

I NEED HELP PLEASE! I forgot my password, is there anyway to reset it? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still wants the password. Any suggestions? thanks.

You have too make sure uninstall everything. Some of the program may this be in your registry!!! Use SKtools it will clean all the unused an bad files.
