Prerequisites
- CPU: 200 Mhz

- Storage Memory: ~3,5 MB

- Main memory: ~ 6 MB

- Device screen: theme optimized for qVGA (240x320)or VGA (480x640). Tough it will work on any screen resolution like wqVGA or wVGA. I'll upload a wqVGA optimized theme soon

- NET.CF 2.0 installed

- Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0 or 6.1.

- To use flash you need flashplayer 7 installed.

Instalation
Backup your ThrottleLauncher directory if you have a previous instalation, specially if you have a customized theme.
Unselect the today plugin if you have it activated.
Softreset
Uninstall all the previous versions of ThrottleLauncher.
Install the ThrottleLauncher0.9.5Beta.cab file.
Install the TL_TouchFlo3D.cab
Set the \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups\Touchflo3D\fingerpri ntLR.jpgas your background for qVGA and fingerprintHR for VGA.
Select ThrottleToday as today plugin and uncheck all other today plugins.
Throttle must be on your today screen. If that does not work try:
Softreset
Go to StartMenu > Programs > ThrottleConfig and on the dialog that appears select Touchflo3D in the combo (even if it's already selected, do it).
Click on reset plugin.
If you encounter any problems during instalation don't hesitate to post a thread on my forum.



First steps
First of all you'll need to change some options to make Throttle completly integrate with your device:

- Go to the settings tab (the one with the wheels) and click on the Touchflo3D icon.

- In the general tab select the tabs you'll like to see on the footer. You can change the order by using the arrows on the left.

- On the programs tab select the category of the app's you'll like to see on the programs tab (you can leave it to all to see them all). You can also change here the transparency mode in case you want to make the scrolling more smooth (the fastest is None and the slower is true).

- On the messages tab select your mail account in the combo.

- On the weather set your city and languaje details. To find your city,country and language use this URL:

- On the plugins, select the plugins you want to see on the plugins tab. Note that to see plugins here they must be unselected on the windows today config dialog and that not all the plugins are supported.

- On the music tab select your favorite music player. Mortplayer, S2P and WMP are suppoted.

- On the picture path enter the path of your folder. To do it click on the 3 dots on the right and navigate until you find your folder containing the images. With that folder selected click on actions\ok.



ThrottleLauncher alsocomes with some configuration options to improve speed and smoothness, play with the transparency modes until you find the best fit for your device.

It is a little better but still is laggy for the mogul....but some cool new features like widgets and stuff. I really would like to keep this but its just not as fast as the manila....

mike, i installed and this is the best of the throttlelaunch so far, it is alot quicker than before, i hard resetted and took of manilla 2d to compare and yes the manilla is a little faster but i like the calendar and a few more features so i think i am going to give this a try..i also like the fact it takes weatherpanel weather and animation..i like the weatherpanel and all the info it provides.....so here is my 2 cents...so thank u for posting this....

every time i put a throttle launcher on my touch it runs so freakin slow its really really bad and i dont have alot of stuff on my phone is there somthing i can do does your guys run that slow 2

it looks good in the video but i have a 2d cab will i have to take that off for this to work or can i run them together

you arent going to be able to run them together but i had no troubles with this on my buddies mogul and runs lightning fast :>

I really like this launcher best fit for me yet, only got a couple issue's. My weather info will change after i tap on it but it always has a sun on it even when i reload it in the middle of the night....it had the sun on it when it was raining like hell outside too...ohter than that really, this launcher has made my touch pretty sick.

Oh and do you have a link for flashplayer 7...looked around Wckediden and didn't have any luck.

throttle weather doesn't have moon icons, try weathhpanel with diamond theme, there is even an animated set like the diamond. and for flash player just search the word adobe or look in their site for the ppc version

SO i downloaded the weather panel with diamond interface, but not sure if i put it in the throttlelauncher weather folders or if i put it in device folders to make it a plugin...tried to put it in both but not sure if they stuck.

just set up weatherpanel and when the theme is loaded uncheck weatherpanel in the today screen and go to throttle config, check weatherpanel in the weather tab and it should replace throttle weather
