The best Rom for a (Sprint) Mogul

First off I am a noob here. Been checking out this site for a while now. My question is. Whats a good plain rom for my mogul. By plain I mean, without all the sprint junk on it. I dont use GPS,Music or TV. I am looking for a Rom that is general purpose. If you know what I mean? And please dont blast me too hard if I am in the wrong section. Remember I am a NOOB....
