skyfire problem
 

hey guys. im having skyfire problem. if i want to download something from for example www.wckediden.com when i hit the download link it doesnt download. the only thing that happens is the page where i clicked the link from refreshes. i used to downlod from www.wckediden.com when i had skyfire on my mogul so i know it works. anyone have any ideas? thanks.

huh odd did you try a soft reset on your phone?

yea i soft reset and it still happens. its weird because im able to download from pocket cm. i downloaded the keyboard from there fine.

very odd it may be something wcked is doing to the site so give it some time and try again.

bro im out of ideas as you can see the chatbox is missing we are trying to fix things.... jsut could be an error till fixed.

same exact thing happens to me bt im actually on my mogul and it still doesn't work. example, I click on a link on Wckediden, it takes me to rapishare I click free user it loads and when the download button comes up and I click it, the pages refreshes and zooms out. but I know its not this site cause when I click on an email link on craigslist it also just refreshes. so I end up havin to use my old slow interet explorer

as far as i know skyfire does not support any type of downloads.i'm running it on my vogue for sprint and i've always had the same problems as disscussed above.as far as opera or just the regular ie i have no problems.just use either 2 to dowwnload.if you use opera under settings identify as desktop computer (if u want the full pc experience)

I recently downloaded the latest release from skyfire and some websites are not the full as we would see on our PC. For example NFL.com is displayed as the mobile version. I thought it was an error so I typed in NFL.com in the address bar, same result. I then went through yahoo and did a search with same issue. Is this a problem with the recent upgrade, or have others seen the same problem

Yeah is does it for me too , but almost any other site you can think of it brings up the real page. But thanks for the heads up on that
