Flash Format Features
Supports all ATA compliant and SD compliant storage cards, including Compact Flash Cards, Secure Digital (SD) cards, Mini SD, Multimedia Cards (MMC) , SmartMedia cards, Memory Sticks, PCMCIA memory cards, and large capacity MicroDrives.
Runs as a Control Panel applet (accessible from "Start > Settings")

every time I try to format it says access denied. tells to please close any apps accessing the card. can't finding programs running?

dose this have anything to do with reg. or eval. copy????

did you go through astart settings like it says in the directions in post 1?
