Touch BUTTONs not working :(
 

My HTC touch from sprint was working fine... then i went to take a picture... and it wouldn't respond... then i noticed that i can't end calls with the button(red) or make calls with the button (green).
the only button that works is the top button.

i've tried soft reset... power on power off... i've even tried re-assigning the buttons (start->settings->buttons) and it still does nothing... any ideas? :triste:

sounds like something is conflicting. back up all important data and pictures and perform a hard reset...

to add on to dash post you can use programs to back up your data such as

thanx for the quick reply... i backed up everything using the PIM (it saved to the storage card) hard reset... re configured everything to default...

added PIM back and ran.. restored (pointed to the storage card) and all my contacts and calendar were back :) i had manually taken my music and pictures off (click and drag) and put those back...
