Is my phone defective
 

HI Im new to the smartphone and Im not much of a computer wiz, but I don't think im trying to ask too much of this phone with what im doing and it keeps doing weird stuff like just freezing up not letting people call me (it just hangs up when you try to call it from another phone), and it randomly restarts. I just got it like a week ago all i want to do is be able to log on to helifreak dot com and download rc helicopter build videos but it seems to be overwhelmed and freeze up, I've downloaded the recent update that came out two days after I got my phone and now it just freezes and restarts more often am I doing somthing wrong or could it just be a defective phone? theres no way mine could run as many programs as the ones you see in youtube videos it freezes up just having text messaging and contacts open

make a list of the apps you have installed and post them in this thread... ill check to see if there are any apps that dont play nicely together. if not i would go to the store and exchange it.

Well it was messing up before I put any thing on it just had contatcs in the contacts list, now I have opera mini 4 because that lets me whatch videos on my heli forum, I also have google maps.

I'll have to go in to the store today I tried to communicate withe a sprint tech on the phone but unfortunately I think we spoke different dialects of english, It's weird though sometimes it works great for a few hours and then some days its reset, reset, reset, reset, mostly I just don't want my calls cut off in the middle of them because this thing wants to restart lol. thanks for your input.
