Great thanks for the release. I was wondering, how much memory this takes? I tend to have memory problems with memory with DCD's 2.3.2. On startup i get about 22mb free, and it twindles down to ~12mb with only 2 programs on. I have PiePlus installed and it takes a load of memory, when I had that on + music player, my player froze cause it ran out of memory. So is Swcked Mobile a good shell memory wise and is there a better fully functional browser? I tried opera mobile - its a bit slow and opera mini - its alright. Thanks

yeah not much really i dont use it but about the same as the htc homeplugin. i use the 5050 release of no2chems WM 6.1 release with rev a and i can have up to 9 programs running without a problem. so i would try flashing over to that and see how that works for you. and also you could use something like quick menu to close out of the app once you are done to free up some space since when you hit the x to close an app it only minimizes keeping it running in the back. and the built in task manager in quick menu is very easy ans quick to use and i guarntee that you would love it.

I put this on my phone and it tells me i have to register it, i had the trial version prior to puting this version and it expired and i removed it, is there a footprint left behind from the first version that is keeping it from working?

prolly use sktools or pocket mechanic to clean it up a lil and see what it does for you.

you have to customize the app to your liking. i take the homescreen plugin off and just use the launcher myself. take a look at my video to see how it looks.

Yeah I just re scanned it and no virus was found. However when it was downlading the NOD32 internet monitor said it had a virus and now when I rescann it has nothing. Thats odd.......

Oh well, another question: My friend wants me to install this on his treo 700w but he lost his sync cable, and i dont have one. Can I run the exe from the phone or does it absolutely need to be done via active sync through pc??

NEEDS TO BE VIA ACTIVESYNC, UNLESS YOU HAVE A cab FILE FOR THE PHONE. Not sure of an other way!

Dash

I ran into a problem. I installed the app last night everything went fine. This morning my Start menu would not work. Every time I tried to open it it came down blank and locked the phone up tight...... Had to soft reset to get it going again. I tried to get the Swcked back to default settings but had no luck at all getting my start menu to work again and ended up doing a hard reset. :Flush::40::Flush:

Have you ever run into this? Do you have any idea what went wrong?
I am going to reinstall it cause I kinda liked it, But would like to avoid that particular land mine again if at all possible

Also, is there a way to change the program options under the tabs you can get at the top of your home screen. Kinda like the ultimate launcher?? I figured out I can change what tabs I get but NOT what programs are available under those tabs??

Thanks for the help....

actually that happened to me also, first my device takes a sec to respond, then either the start menu doesn't work via touch screen or the entire screen becone inresponsive freezing my phone, im running kaos rom take 2 and I think that it conflicts with touchflo, cuz it hasn't happened to me since I disabled the glide finger to launch feature in touchflo, I just left the commands blank. don't know if that was it but works for me now, ill post an update if something comes up
