please read the descriptin before asking this.. it says requiremets ppc and the mogul is a ppcso yes it will work with the mogul.

Is there any way to specify a default folder as a command line paramater when launching from the touch cube? Please let me know... Thanks!

dont think so but maby through making a shortcut directly to that folder/
