i have spb backup how do i use it
 

i have swcked backup on my phone
i open it and do a full backup
its a filebackup on my storage card.
backupxxx.exe
it creates a backup.
now how do i load this again becuase im going to do the new tigerz rom update again.
when i do this and try to open the backup it says unable to open open from inside the application
what do i do?

yo run aq backup and than you click on the exe that it spits out to restore.
