Sprint Tv is no longer working
all channels say that they are not avaiable
please help
also this new update has slowed down my phone
it goes much slower
please help

yoou might have no service in your area or you might have software issues aswell if the new update slowed it down then uninstall the update and do a soft reset

pretty sure the update was only for the touch also that might of done it

nope this one was the one i made for the mogul. i dont really know why its not working for you just tested and still working for me and i noticed no slow downs and all on the phone period. try to uninstall reinstall and make sure the programs that dont need to be on the main memory arent and instead on the card to speed things up a bit.

i just hard rested my device

sprint tv tv still don work
my phone is faster

like u can see all the channels but when u go to watch one it is a black screen
saying channel is unavailable


i chnaged the cache and all like in your direction it used to work before

well u might not be in an area where sprint tv is currently available or dont have data service by you

i just tested again today and i am having no problems so i dont know what is going on maby what tigerz is saying

the sprint tv works on my treos

but me and some friends the sprint tv doesnt work on our moguls

also
they added new channels so maybe the cache needs to be updated
im reading up on it on ppcgeeks and xda few ppl are having same problems like me

huh not sure than since it works on mine no problem with the current cache folder that is in it. so dont know why you are having those troubles. ill dig into it and see what i can find for you.

thast wierd it should work as the directions said it would maybe D/\SH could replicate the problem and try and find a solution

but when you go to click on a show a black screen comes then says
channel currently unavailable
for everything

try replacing the files in your cache directory with these...

the cache directory can be found in /My Device/Program Files/SprintTV/cache
this should solve your issue.

everytime i try to load sprint tv on my mogul none of the channel names even come i've done all the steps..any ideas?

did you read throught the thread it doesnt work anymore sprint zapped it.
