Sprint Touch Cube Configuration Tool v3.0
 

Version 1.1 - I got tired of waiting for the file browser to refresh everytime. Now you only have to wait for the first time, after that it is cached.

Version 1.2 - Added IconPress to the 6-App Side, and IconPlaying, IconPlayingPress, and IconPress to the 3-App side.

Version 2.0 - Added param for 6-App Side and 3-App Side. Added links to animation files. Added GUI for app selection for 3-App side and 6-App side.

Version 2.1 - Squashed the bugs that were coming up. Sorry I didn't test it enough before releasing.

Version 3.0 - Now supports multiple 6-App sides (See Polen's Vista Cube)!! Added reset to defaults. Automatic shortcut selector or browse for apps. Fixed the bug where the Program Files directory wasn't showing up in the Browse tree.

Once you change the cube. I see you can change the icon. How can you view the icon files on there? So to know which icon is the one you are looking for?

you would have to use adobe photoshop or similar program on your computer and open the files. the newest version of the customizer in the works right now will have it so you can view the brn files.

there are some of the iphone icons that aren't linked properly. how to i find the shortcuts from them and fix them? the cube configuation tool doesn't appear to work for more than one side. i know i'm doing something wrong but i have no idea what.

the icube cube doesnt work with the cube config yet it is being made though...... yiu have to go through the registry and change them manually.

where are they in the registry? any idea? i have a registry editor so i think i can edit them once i know where they are.

this has been discussed i dont have the touch with me right now but under software than htc thanbiotouch if im not mistaking.

Hmmm, well I install this and it is cool but I see the 6 sided cube. Question. Will I need to uninstall the Cube Configuration Tool to install this? Is there a way to use both? (If so I'm thinking the tool will only see the same sides.

this as said in the first post will work with the 6 sided cube. please read the posts before asking the same questions over again in the same thread. Thanks

Oh sorry but the first post says it supports the 6-app sides. Does not say 6 sides.

But I suppose the keyword "multiple" is something I missed even though that could only mean just 2 side with six instead of the 3 then 6 that is default

I'm just posting to inform. I installed the 6-sided cube and the Cube configurator sees all the sides. Pretty cool, good deal. I just have to edit the extra sides now. Oh also photoshop cs3 is not opening the brn files, but that is something in another section I think. I'm still trying to figure this out. Someone tells how to create the brn files and says that they are bmp files with edited headers. People are changing there cubes but how do they know which file is which (the default ones)?

the way that they can tell which are which is through photoshop CS2 and they view the images and than they overwrite the default ones.

I have CS3 and it won't open the brn files. Even though I did see that they are creating them with photoshop. I'm gonna try that method that I saw on another site like yours. I think it was xda-developer.com or something like that. I'll look in here first though to see if someone has posted it.

yeah that is also a very good resource over at xda-developers.com and have some good stuff they have a brn converter that convert pngs if im not mistaking over to brn files but dont think that you can view them though. try there and if you find something feel more than free to post it up over here but give the credit going back to their site since they do the same with us. Thanks
