if i add this to my ppc
it will allow me to execute rar and exe file's correct?

it will allow you to execute rar files...if the exe file is formatted for a pocket pc you can already run exes on the device, but its not like the program makes it so you can open windows xp or vista exe files on your pocket pc :P
