This rar file contains the trial version and a program that resets the trial.
Similar to PDANet, but doesn't require additional software on your PC!

Overview: USB Modem allows you to use Windows Mobile based devices as a USB/Bluetooth modem for connecting a desktop/notebook computer to the Internet. To surf the Internet from your PC you will need only a USB cable or Bluetooth adapter and a smartphone/communicator with GPRS/EDGE service or CDMA 1x/EvDO data plan.
