SlingPlayer Mobile v1.5
Requirements: Mobile 2003, 5.0. 6.0 and a SlingBox
Overview:
This software allows you to connect to your SlingBox and watch TV on your PDA.
Notes:
I saw a few people on this site looking for this software, so I decided to crack it myself.
As an expierenced MIPS hacker, it was easy for me to crack it but took a lot of time disassembling. The trick about this software is that when it is loaded, it checks the registration key against a database located server side. This prevents such quick solutions such as a KeyGens from working. I successfully removed the phone home feature and bypassed the registration check. By doing so, this software now starts up more than 10 seconds faster!

let me know how the crack worked out for you. is it in full working order w/all the settings,features,,etc? any bugs?
and how are your stats just on the sprint network (w/o wifi). mine is ok depending on where i am ofcourse...i wont get 30fps as i did when i had the mogul on wifi. im still using the 30 day trial version from the actual sling site...havent tried this crack dash made yet. wanted to know what other users thought first.

i just hard reset my phone a day ago bc of something and was exhausting...so not to adventerous right now! lol

the link i updated is the full program and should be pre cracked for ya make sure that b4 you install the one i posted that you delete previus ones adn do those soft resets to clear those excess file and install correctly

The link worked as far as the registration part but I don't have all of my option available..... I'm still trying to figure this out...I'm about to give up on it.

hmmm thats wierd it should unlock those options for ya.. ya know i actually dont use slingbox,, i use the locationfree player by sony so i cant quite help ya as far as those option not unlocking but if you want ill try and find another unlocked version and maybe that will be of more help

yeah,,,mandingo is right. i downloaded the program no prob but when launching it, the first thing it asks is to register...and if you only have two options....register or cancel. if you cancel, the program will ofcourse shut down. so basiclly its not cracked. hope you get it to work.

go to register and try to register with any 8 digit code so obviously you didnt try to add a serial

kk this is a tough program to find totally unlocked but you do know you have to have a sling box to make it work

i dont understand what the trouble is i used my buddies slingbox receiver than through this app on my Q9, Touch, Mogul, And Apache and it worked flawlessly on all of them with the provided registration.... please make sure you read through the nfo file and followed that correctly.

Prior to this I removed old version and did soft reset. I launched the app and attempted to register using a random 8-digit number, and got the message saying it was wrong..... I saw that you (Dash) said there is an NFO file provided, but unless I am missing something, they're both CAB files, and when I open them the only thing I see under file types is something like 000 File - 999 File, and then there is an xml file at the end and thats it. Sorry if I'm missing something, but thats all I saw

wow that is crepy i was just finishing this up. all you have to do is install the file and than replace the exe through activesync (in program files slingbox) with the crakced exe included and it will register. http://rapidshare.com/files/46845911/slingplayer_ppc_1.5.rar

lol it should be full and i meant cab not exe lol... my bad there a cab is really like an exe is on your computer but for your phone.

why would you go down and you would have to donwload the other version..... cracks are made for only that app and that version.

correct there hasnt been a successful crack for version 1.6 yet.

have you tried to reinstall???? make sure that you also install to the main memory and not the card.... is it in the uninstall list?

did all the tricks that i can think of, installed it to device, soft reset, did not work, it was on the remove prog list, uninstalled it then reinstalled again to memory card. still not showing. i even tried searching for it cant find it. any ideas??

how do you have it setup with your slingbox???? look unde programs and go to file explorer and see if it is there under program files.

you know what this just wierd tried that yesterday wasnt there then i tried to reinstall soft reset then looked under prog files and whoop there it is!! awesome!!!:yahoo: thank you!!! i tried adding it up to the home plugin theres no icon. ill just use the ultimate launcher. and there it is again!! so happy coz i dont have to pay 30 for this!! thanks again!

I got my Mogul less than a month ago and I've found your work and this website AMAZING! Two or three Roms, Tons of apps and many you tube videos later and I realize that I don't think I am ever going to be done modding my Mogul.

That being said SlingPlayer is my #1 App. I still have a couple weeks left on my 1.6 trial but I've tried dropping down to 1.5 and I can tell a fairly noticeable difference.

I'm not the biggest "poster" but know that you have a serious fan out there digging your work. But know that you will be even more AMAZING if you can crack 1.6...

yeah been working on trying to find one or work on one for a while. the reason it hasnt been released is because they have it registered through their server which may make it impossible to crack..... will keep informed though.

yup you need a slingbox for it to work and pick up the channels, the slingbox picks it up off of your dvr and you can even start recording and choose a channel from the app and watch that live too :) its great for sporting events that you have to miss due to the girl or whatever :) i give this app an A+++ for sure

how you going to watch the slingbox on your mobile without the application? you need a pc application to watch on pc too but that is free...... they charge 20 bucks for the app on ppc if not mistaking..... it uses their server to get the information relayed over to you..

only one person can be on each slingbox at a time.... so he and you cant be on at the saem time so sharing is pretty much impossible unless he doesnt hardly use it at all.... got a slingbox av used but in great working condition i would sell to you for 70 shipped to your door.
