Android vs. iPhone: Which Has the More Advanced Users?

It seems the mobile world is full of silly little battles these days, so here's one more: Which mobile platform has the more advanced users -- Android or iPhone?

i9 would say android since the main advantage of knowledge is there... open source on top of linux which has many coders for it currently and before the os even came out in mobile platform.

I would argue,

If you check the posts at XDA, and PPC Geeks. There are a lot of very talented users coding and re-coding Linux.

But I can't count how many people I know who make a fair amount of money as power users, coders, writers and closet crackers who have said F[(# it and write a lot of crazy apps for Apple. The funnies part is that its not that they can't write in Linux, then just don't want to do it on there phone or they are very lazy(another sickness that plagues our kind) . So they rock the Iphone because it's easy to write.

yes but at the same time if they take the easy way out how does that make them knowledgeable as the question asks? it asks the most advanced users, that would be android... apple atm has more users sicne they have been out longer than android but not more advanced than the guys that have been messing with linux and trust me there are a lot of die hard linux guys and gals out there.... i feel no brainer with linux being more advanced user wise.
