This is an HTC Raphael ROM, based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The current build number and date can be seen in the title of this thread.

I always build my ROMs with three main goals.

* Eye candy.
* Speed!!
* Smoothness, consistency and good esthetics.


I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go, how I'd want it. So, expect the backlight to be set at the maximum brightness, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set.

You will find a new ROM posted here every few days, as I always update them with the latest "ingredients" that come down the pipe, from either Microsoft or HTC. Because of that, I recommend learning to backup your settings with either Sashimi or UC (User Customization).


If you own a Touch PRO, use the "Keyboard Selector" application under Utilities > Tweaks (after you flash the ROM) to select the "Pro" keyboard layout. The ROM comes with the Fuze layout enabled by default.


You will find TWO core versions of this ROM.

The 21864 Build is from the OEM COM2 Tree and is the most reliable and bug free release. I recommend you start with this first!

The 23081 Build that's the latest in the 6.5.1 series with the Start/Close buttons at the bottom. These builds are not as stable but they reflect the latest cutting edge technology from Microsoft.

Damn, I've been waiting for Manila 2.5 but my phone usually doesn't do well with NRG roms!! :(

dman they couldnt come out with this when i had my tp? GRRR!!! my buddy tried this and said he had messaging problems.... couldnt send nor receive texts or pic mails.... hes gonna try again later tonight though and let me know if it was just a bad flash.... whoever else flashes to this can you tell em if it works or not without troubles on the messaging part of things.

Ill flash this later and post my results looks good hopefully they got the messaging issue fix already will let yall know....thnxs for the share

Well just flash to this and no go...Stuck in boot screen and soft resets every 2 to 3 mins..flashed both versions and no go...flashed back to stock and reflashed and same deal..anybody having this kind osf issue? will keep on trying

sounds like you had a bad download of the rom itself... i would try to redownload and than reflash... also did you check your bootloader screen to make sure that you are still unlocked and that some bug didnt relock it?

Preciate the response Dash...Still havent gone good with this phone unlock for sure flashed back to stock and loaded andagrooves rom(manila2.5) and is working fine...redownloaded this and still get same results....lol i guess ill have to live without test driving this one...thnxs Dash

there we go i was wondering 5 hrs of flashing couldnt get to work thnxs for letting us know jr...i guess that was my issues...

I think i reacted kinda a fast..lol was acting kinda of funny when booting....but reflashed back to stock right after issues...did this about 5 times ...lmao:arrogant:

Sorry guys when i posted this it did not have that message if i knew it was gsm i would not have posted this as i do not post gsm roms here since it seems like most peeps here have cdma devices .

Well i am glad that it worked out for you. I did that once with my Diamond and thought it was done.for all it would do it restart it self over an over lol. I was able to get into bootloader mode to flash an it worked fine after......
