Windows Mobile Marketplace CAB [get it here]

Well, as you already read, its going live so here is the cab. for marketplace in case your cook left it out of the equation (he-she must be kicking themselves now lol)

Its an older skymarket cab. but it should automatically update to the latest marketplace

enjoy and happy hunting!!!!

NOTE: some say it doesnt connect for them so try out your luck, and if anybody can post the official upgrade cab. when it updates will be appreciated, cant find where it stored it :(

nothing really useful though there... just a bunch of overpriced apps and barely any free ones

seems to work pretty good for me. i tested by installing some free apps like "my phone" "skyfire" etc.

only complaint which everyone seems to be having right now is you cannot specify WHERE to install the apps. they only install to device memory & for some people that may become an issue.

otherwise its working great & no complaints.

Hmm the so called "security" has already been bypassed, chainfire figured out how to save the cabs so they aren't deleted after you install.
I have a feeling i know how also... time to test my theory out!

Edit: okay i was right, the cab is placed in the \Temp\ folder attached is a log i took from marketplace!

And it works, i just took the cab for netflix!
And the new windows live apps!!

so you just copy the cab from the temp folder your saying? sorry the attachments cant be downloaded at work anymore sicne they cut off all downloading :sad:

Was not slow for me. Although I don't see any apps that interest me.

Okay so i figured out how to take apps from the new apps store!!
This is only for free apps

Open up file explorer, i use resco explorer. Go into the \Temp\ folder. Then go into the app store, locate a free app, hit install, then go into file explorer you will see a cab at the bottom of the temp folder called MKPxxxxxxx.cab, wait till it the file size is more than 0 bytes, the copy it to another folder quick. Now you have the cab!!

Try turning on your data connection first, then run the app, or use wifi.

i cant connect i got the new version n it just says error marketplace couldnt connect to the server. please check your data connection n try again. i tried wifi 2 n said samething what i do thanks
