alltel to uscellular touchpro

I have aquired a alltel touch pro from a buddy, but i have us cellular as a carrier. Is it possible to switch the phone from alltel to us cellular? I have been searching on this site and have not come up with any answers yet. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help
