my touch pros keyboard has not work for about a month tried all the things to make it work and it does not then my mic stop working i tried to wait for the touch pro2 but a phone witout a mic is nothing so i went to sprint today they are shipping me a new 1 tomorow i have a custom rom on my phone should i change to a stock before i bring it in to get a new 1or is it okay to leave it like that.

From experience ... it does not matter if you have a custom rom in your phone as long as they receive the phone, so they wont charge you the phone itself to your account. However, it is highly recommended that you give the phone back in default settings ( stock rom ).

Yea just like ronaldsdv said send it back with stock rom .
