Okay, saw it on the news this morning, and wondering if anyone on this awesome cross-sectional, demographically imposing site has ever used this?

Apparently, you can rent anything from people you don't even know, and it's supposed to be growing exponentially, but needs some more people to get involved. They aren't big in Texas, found a few listings, but not much around here.

Just figured I'd ask to see if anyone has any input.

I heard that it started overseas, so I was wondering if it would spread here too.

Can you imaging charging someone to borrow something? Anybody think it's a good idea? With the economy going the way it is, it seems to make sense, but I don't know how you would get your stuff back if folks didn't return it. You don't know them, so I dunno.

Hey, maybe I would get stuff back quicker if I asked for a deposit when I loaned something out!
