Sorry i just noticed that u had us cellular unfortuntly we dont have anthing that would unlock that phone ,what i would do is intall themes and cabs for performance since u will not be able to upgrade to a diff rom

Silly question - your profile says you have a mogul, do you need roms for it or another handset? UsCellular isn't that "popular" just not widely used, so less need for people to have hacks, IMO.

mmmmm i have seen some made and many of them are carrier free so they can be used on any cdma device a long as the rom was made for that exact model.

cant really recommend one but if you ask in the thread i will tell you if it is carrier free.... (will also say in desrciption) but anyways with a rom it is all personal and depends on how tyou use your device.... just look at the changelogs in the first post of the roms thread and you will find all that has been added.

yes as the changelogs i pointed you too early state they do have 6.5 and tf3d2 in certain versions... you have to go through the changelog and look at the features to decide what you want to flash.... andmake sure it is labeled to work for the touch pro since no rom will work on it besdies the touch pro rom and vice versa.

Its a great rom fast stable and no feeezes which is very important u dont wnat ur phone to freeze on u while ur on the phone there are so many great roms out there its all about ur taste though,good luck with ur first flash .

Well if u ever go to get it repaired or exchanged yes ur gonna have to go back to stock rom and then relock it

What i would reccomend is google ur stock rom bc ur not gonna find it here google it and download it for backup just in case u need it, if u have any luck finding it then read the flash tutorial here then flash good luck

Well u didnt have to download both uscc roms but ur ok just in case huh.

And might rom has tflo3d and wm6.5 he took out tflo3d-2 bc it was to buggy it u was tflo3d-2 ur gonna have to try another rom i ran juicy7 for a while u can take a look at that another great rom lil buggy though ,

Ok kool u didnt really have to put that in a folder but its ok now run it double click on it and follow instructions make sure u have the newest .net framework and if u have vista the latest version of wmdc

What is the file called that your trying to open? Tell m the whole name and the file extension.

How to Flash Via PC:

1.download the ruu.zip attachment
2.unzip to your desktop
3.then in the newly created RUU directory add the rom of your choice - (copy the RUU_Signed.nbh to desktop\RUU)
4.Place phone in bootloader mode (power button while holding volume down button)
5.open the ROMUpdateUtility.exe
6.follow the RUU on screen instructions from there

Flash from microSD Card (Thanks to MadlyAlive):

1. Make sure you backup anything that is necessary to your day to day operations! At a minimum, please perform an ActiveSync to Outlook or your Exchange server prior to flashing!
2. Rename the custom ROM NBH file from RUU_Signed.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh
3. Copy RAPHIMG.nbh to the root of your microSD Card.
4. Hold the Volume Down and Power button simultaneously. While you're still holding those 2 buttons, press the reset button with your stylus.
5. When your Touch Pro tells you to do so, press the power button to begin the flash process. If you do not get the message to press the power button to flash, there is a mistake in the name of the NBH file or you do not have the file at the root of your microSD card.
6. When flashing is complete, perform a soft reset.

I dont know what your problem is, here I attached the unlocker, just sync your phone with your PC and run this .exe, follow the onscreen instructions and you will be good.

Also, make sure you have the "Advanced network functionality" box unchecked in your phones settings. That little box can be a son of a *****.

can you tell me exactly what the screen is on... is it on tricolor bootloader screen?

the tricolor is what you are supposed to be at..... did it say thatthe unlock was successful? if so flash a rom and you will be back into bootloader.... it will say usb on the bottom part of the screen and thats good and means your connected to activesync or device center even though your pc wont show.... if you unplug and your not connected it will say serial.... so make sure it says usb and try to flash a rom..... wehn you get to the bootloader screen what does it say in the upper left hand corner?

wow simmer down were human why the triple post asking for help we will get to your question when needed... than you are unlocked and just flash the rom... look at the flashing guide located in my signature and all other staffs signatures also..... its been mentions many times aznd if you used the search feature yu can find the guide also.... and there is even a video showing you step by step in the tutorial area...

I noticed in the tutorial for flashing roms the guy has 3 files when he downloads the files and opens it in winrar.. when i download the rom it includes more than 3 files and some files have a error next to them. will this cause a problem?

Just run the romupdateutility. What it is is that, in some roms, the chef uses a self extracting exe that creates all the extra files once you click the romupdateutility. So all you see is the 3 files, but once the rom update is ran, all the necessary files are extracted to the directory your in. Then when flash is done, they delete. So all in all, hit the romupdateutility and your good.

Also, the error files (just to put your mind at ease) are needed for the update utility to either tell you your battery isnt at 50% or greater or that the usb connection is not established. Both of these situations will not let you flash....hence the error. :)

what do you mean by this? if you unlock your device once you wont have to unlock it again unless you relock the devices bootlader. and any rom that states it is for the cdma touch pro aka herman will work on your device as long as it isnt carrier specific.
