Noob here please help

I just bought a Mogul and am trying to customize it like i see on youtube and what not. I figured I would start my trying to get S2U2 on my phone because i figured the would be a good and easy upgrade to start and was able to get the to work. Now I would like to make my mogul all crazy like you can see on you tube, i see these poeple that have there moguls with like Mario and iphone setups and would love to get the stock mogul home setup removed and do a setup like that. I dont even know ware to begin, I need know if there is any downloads that have to be put on my phone to change the themes? If sosmeone could guide me a little bit that would be great because I am a fast learner and take in alot of what is said.

well i would recommend that youy make an intro thread so we can get you all the information.... but take a look at my signature below and you will see many useful links for getting started with modding and the site... if you cant see my signature just take a look at your usercp and make sure the option to see signatures is on.
