I had backed up my contacts before on my computer. Then I upgraded to Vista which deleted my phone contacts That was fine since I still had them on my fone. I had connected my fone to my computer to back up my contacts since I was planning to hard reset. For the safe side I synced twice and once more. But, after I hard reseted and tryed to get mi contacts they weren't there anymore. Then when I went to Windows Mobile Device Center and tried to set up it said it was not configed and I know I had set it up Twice. :connie_mykilroy:
Can any1 help

Ok, and did you select to overwrite items on computer and not device for differences. And did you choose contacts as an item for backup. And are you sure the sync went through and didnt give any errors?

Ok, so have you looked in outlook to see if your contacts are there? If you selected the activsync to overwrite computer files for found differneces and you synced with no errors, then that should be there. Also, in the future. I would recommend using a standalone contacts backup app. I personally use PIMbackup and its great.
