Text Color Change

With wallpaper change or themes some text does not contrast with the background, Is there a way to change text color, font size, and in specific line fields?

are you talking tsk themes or what type of themes....... if your talking tsk themes all you have to do is make them yourself using themegence (we even have video tutorial) of you can use an app that will chenge all the lines, bars, font, rtc for you and that is called uitwekaer.
