I went to work yesterday and my phone (Touch Pro) worked fine when I get there, but about 2 hours in to work I noticed that my screen was not working and I am having to use Voice command to make calls being that I am having problems getting to my contacts list. Also I can't send any text messages being that I can't hit send.

The worst part is that I am leaving town in 3 days and don't have time to between work and sleep (I work on a tugboat) to get to a sprint store to let them look at it.

Any ideas???

try a hard reset that should clear things up for you.

I was thinking that, but I just didn't want to lose all my numbers. Any easier way than pen and paper the way the phone is?

I just have one more question... do I run it on my phone or PC? I found and downloaded it. Matter of fact... How can I get to it without a touch screen?

oh sorry about that lol it slipped my mind that you couldn't use the touch screen, but yeah it is run from the phone, so maybe it will be hard to do it that way. just use activesync( xp) or windows mobile device center(vista) to back up. I have never done it this way, but I know theres a way to do it.

Had to take my Touch Pro to Sprint. When I did a hard reset, the touch sreen didn't work so it kept getting stuck at the aglin screen. Thank god for phone insurance. I will be getting a new one tomorrow in the mail.
