The cab file below is something I made to increase in sensitivity for the entire phone not just TF3D2. It was not able to cook in due to the complex settings that the kitchen rejected.

NOTE:
There is also a goodies file for those who enjoy the rhodium enhancements, goodies from tf3d2 like Diamond2 volume,start menu and notifications which was not cooked in the Diamond TF3D rom, but was for the TF3D2 rom. There is also a task bar zip attached for those who are having the issue with the stock battery meter displaying the wrong amount of battery power.

ya i have a ROM with 3d 2 already cooked in by juicy... was trying differnt themes out but many are killing the new start menu... i like the one in the pic above with the words then changes to icons when selected... but i need one which doesnt kill the start button...

No this isnt a released theme... it is the custom design of the ATR rom...designed by nine'sicks

hmmm... wasnt aware some of the themes didnt support the start feature... geuss youll have to either go through the few available till u find one u like, or stay stock tf3d2 until there are more themes devloped

well everything but custom taskbars are installed in the TF3D2 rom...enhanced menu,notifications ect is already built in....I forget if the regular TF3D rom has em or not, i cant remember( only ran it for a day to test, im loving tf3d2)......haha ill post em here for you guys.

Thanks for the props on the rom, glad you like it. For comm manager you can access it from the settings tab on tf3d.....but i have never seen it make the screen go blury or black.....very odd.....if possible can u supply a screenie of what it looks like?? and to confirm you did say you are on the original manila rom correct? not the rhodium rom?

Ok so ran this Rom for a good day now!!!! An it is the Best Diamond Rom I have tested yet. I didn't even charge my phone last night and went all day at work up to now only 50 percent battery that is great. Ran several apps at once the phone never slowed down at all. There are you 2 you can pick from tf3d or tf3d2 the pic's are tf3d2. But there are only a few theme for it right now!!! An yes unlock your phone run ruu.

the theme in the screenies above is not cooked in....i took pics of it just to show how it is customizable and that it looks awsome.....that theme is called BBExtreme 5.0 and can be found here......as for multi select you can hit menu and there is an option for multi select within the program itself you are using....like emails, resco, so forth......thanks for the offer for helping with designs but nine'6 has got that down for us, he is extremely talented and our roms would be shit without him.......that is why its called ATR 3.0......myself,broski,and nine.!!!!

thats to unlock your phone... and once you do that, you wont have to unlock again...

to flash the rom, just use the rom utility update that comes in the download

AS stated in just two posts above yours, NINE'6 did all of the designs for everything throughout the rom.

Are you using the tf3d2 ROM, because I am and have that same problem. I believe it is a tf3d2 bug though, and not the ROM.

I flashed this ROM yesterday morning, and so far it's running fluently. The only thing I've noticed is when I launch my contacts from my TouchFlo, It will either ignore my request, or it will launch the keyboard still on TF. However, If I access my contacts from my start menu it goes straight there. Very good

I seen the problem in an earlier post about the people tab when i go to the tab hit the all people button then lets say i try to open a name it then will go to the launching tf3d screen .. i just flashed to a brand new diamond so no other programs were installed on the phone....2nd.. weather database editor installation works fine addind a city works fine but when you go to the weather tab it does the same thing goes to launching tf3d screen .. Thanks guys for your work and help luv yall

Umm yes the all pll crash is a known bug an is fixed with our next release ( testing b4 release)......but the crash from weather is a new one to us....it could be the data base editor, considering it may be for orginal tf3d and might be why it is crashing. If im not mistaken there is a new and serperate one for tf3d2.....glad you like the roms and keep an eye out for an update soon to come.

First thing, you need to code all links, this has been discussed many times.

and as i said before we didnt cook in themes because everyone has a different taste and a different style.....it to easy to install themes to worry about cookin them in......

yes theoretically it will work with carrier cabs, but not advised since they sometimes mess up your data connections....but glad it works for you and enjoy it.....keep your eye out for a new release with many updates and fixes.

This ROM is GREAT!! Only one kinda major problem so far. This rom has the keyboard bug. I think it happens with this build all the time. What happens is when you go to settings/device information and input your data, you put in your name and address then you get to phone number and it changes to numbers automatically, only problem is it NEVER goes back to letters so your forced to use that tiny keyboard OR like I did download finger keyboard or another type. Just wanted to let you guys know about it but great work!! Also is there any way to turn off so it doesnt turn my screen when my device turns? I shut off g sensor but that didnt seem to work. Thanks alot!

I set up everything like was suggest in your previous post and all was good for about 4 hours...then for some reason my clocked jumped back 1 hour and changed time zones. I've temporarily taken care of the problem by turning off time synchronization...been tweaking and installing since 8:00 this morning and didn't want to have to go back to square one with a HR...of course with the keyboard issue I guess I have no other choice.

Simple... use the tf3d version... then youll know whats a rog as opposed tf3d2 bug... but mainly, you wont get many(if any) bugs at all!

I hope u dont have tf3d2 and running a tf3d theme, or tf3d rom and running a tf3d2 theme..tf3d themes will not work on tf3d2...so please tell use which rom u are running

Please make sure those apps u are installing are VGA versions, some ppl may not notice that some apps are only for qvga which will cause the app to show up small, and also I see that u have a tp, if u do did u flash this rom to it? Im really not sure what apps u guys are installing, b/c our beta testers didnt have any problem whatsoever that u guys are mentioning. Please try not to install apps that are useless and beta stages b/c it will make bugs...

no this is a cdma rom only, do not try to flash this rom it wont work, and yes you should try to get sprint, GSM sucks.

install the Maxed-sensitivity cab posted,......it is what made your scrolling like butter......just know that everytime you align your screen it reset the sensitivity back to default, so you will have to install the cab everytime you align screen.

im sure the reason is you need to change the directory to where it is saved.....you need to change it to internal storage........you need to change the directory before you choose to backup

There are cabs in the zip for the new menu enhancments and volume control and some other things i cant remember. you can either open the zip from your pc and transfer the cabs in the zip to your device, or you can place the zip on your device and use resco or total commander to view the files within the zip. I highly suggest reading the Noob guide and how to guides.

Im sorry are you talking roms or radios? either way, I believe you ae probably already up to date, if not, updating to the lastest stock will have no affect on you flashing this rom, as the latest stock, doesnt enable (or disable) anything on the current version you will have on your diamond... ultimatly... itll just be a waste of your time, as flashing the latest stock rom just to unlock and then flash to this, will do nothing more for you than if you just unlocked your device, and flash straigt to this rom...

this is the rom for the diamond... if you have the pro... you need the proversion... please carefully read before trying to flash roms... you could end up bricking your device if your too careless

What carrier do you have.... this rom was designed w/ sprint in mind so if your trying to use w/ a different carrier, youll need a dcd carrier cab

put it in manual bootload to flash....should solve ur issue....or delete the partnership with the phone and active sync.....but manual bootload should do it.

Scroll back through the thread and you'll find a file to fix this. It's a side effect of re-enabling auto-correct for regular (non T9) modes. The is in this thread, or search for Classic Word Completion.

try to redownload the file sounds like a bad download..... and for the task manager go into quick menu settings and activate it again....

for the .zip files....u may need to go to settings in pocket rar and make sure .zip is associated.....if not use reco or total commander to open them....as for task manager...

I am having the same issue. I have tried all of the above and still get an error. Any ideas? This has never happend to me and it is only happening to the Taskbars.zip and the TF3D2_Goodies.zip.

I am using WinRAR and I have used Resco on my TP and when I extract it I don't get an error on either file but the Goodies file has nothing there is not an even extracted folder. as stated previously...by default .zip files are not associated with winRAR u need to check .zip files in the wizard/settings menu for it to work.

I did that before I posted the problem. I read the pervious post and followed your instructions. When I did the .zip file was not checked so I checked it and tried it. Thats sounds like the download is incomplete. Try redownloading and unziping again. You can also try to unzip it on your PC. But the "end of archive" error means that the file is incomplete or that you are missing other parts of a split archive.

well did you download the tf3d or tf3d2 rom? because thats a tf3d2 theme. also, you need to turn OFF tf3d2 before installing. any further questions post them at the alienxtreme thread okay.

Did you install any new dialers??? Im able to access it always, untill i intalled the new tachi dialer. but there are epst apps u can use that will do it regardless of the dialer.

I didn't check I'm pretty sure whats on this rom isn't a stock dialer him, do you know the names of any of the apps that edit them I've searched a bit and havn't had luck other then the fix for the ##codes which didn't do the trick.

sorry to say but this was covered a few times already in this thread, and the issue is resolved and confirmed file isnt corrupt when used with winrar....please follow the thread if you still need questions.

I didn't check I'm pretty sure whats on this rom isn't a stock dialer him, do you know the names of any of the apps that edit them I've searched a bit and havn't had luck other then the fix for the ##codes which didn't do the trick.

the dialer is phone canvas s2a,.....but this has been in all our releases and ## codes do in fact work on all releases...again, there is no real reason the rom would do this...it is a sprint specific rom....not just a generic cdma rom. so ## will and do in fact work from fresh flash.....not sure where your problem lays truthfully.

yeah man, it usually depends on what you do with your device and how much you are doing. With only 20-30 texts, a couple of phone calls and light internet surfing you can get about two days but if you are a heavy user like me you should usually last about a day...also if you haven't already, on every rom you should always go into start/settings/communications and uncheck the recieve all beams. that will dramatically increase your battery life on any rom

i do the same as you and i get atleast 2 days charge... and basically i call a lot and send hella text... but i just make sure i turn off phone right after each use... well put on standby... but try soft reset or reflashing... if you go through the phone in a day it may be because of reception also... and that's nothing you can change... also roaming may effect it also...

Roaming is bad for the battery bro bc most of the time while roaming ur phone will turn on and sometimes u dont notice its on which means lost of power

if you dont have unlimited roaming you will be paying huge amounts.... if you have that included in your plan that your good to go without worries on roaming.... all roaming consists of is using other towers from different providers so you have good signal.

If your internal storage is gone and you cant get it back, go here and follow the steps. Its a hotfix, the problem is pretty common.

I flashed to the sprint stock ROM, then flashed to this ROM, then hard reset after that.

Last time I flashed to this rom (about a week ago) the settings > buttons menu had a bunch of "Button"s there, about 6. The first five did nothing, and the last was the long press talk key.

This time, I downloaded the ROM again yesterday and flashed today. The settings > buttons menu has nothing in it, it's blank.

Okay.... the buttons came back after I finished setting up my phone, installing all that I normally do when I flash.

I've been using this Rom for about 2 weeks now... and this is the only things that bother me...

Battery works fine for me just on the phone it still shows it's charging when it's disconnected and it shows a full battery bar, i have to check it manually to see the actual battery life... another thing too is sometimes the phone freezes and the keyboard shows up everytime i soft reset and when using T9 i type and when i slide my finger to select the work it goes into a different tab...

also my right selector doesn't work... if i want to go right with the pad it won't work... (i don't mind but it gets annoying wit selecting the word from T9... won't go right... can't select so i have to go back to abc)

text are not in order when i send or recieve sometimes i send and the text will be in the middle of the threaded messaging... instead of in a list...

When i get into the programs sometimes the keyboard gets stuck on selection so i can't see below the black bar that shows up with the keyboard... so sometimes i cant' read the name of the app... don't matter but it happens...

The good things....

It boots up super fast... if i use it hard all day... it lasts me till the night time.. heavy calling internet surfing downloading and chatting... it also works great as in for response... takes a second but as soon as it's running.. its RUNNING...lol... The programs start fast and the inserting of cabs is fast... the comp doesn't slow down.. i have tons of stuff i've added and it's still running like a champ...

the sensitivity of the g-sensor is great the skins are nice... and the camera works perfect... zoom is smooth.. there no problem adding music very easy...



IF anyone has answers to fix those problems please let me know... and if theres answers already in this post please don't beat me... just wanted to mention the problems i had...

OTHER THAN THAT I STILL SAY I AM ON THIS ROM"S JOCK... it's dope.. just a few probs.... like any other rom... WONDERFUL!!!

umm... ok.. can you see the release date? this is an old ROM... they didnt have 6.5 ROMs out that were stable when this was released... im sure on ATR next ROM things will be worked out.

Do you have a lot of picture when you open that folder on your phone if you do that would be the reason why it is so slow to load.

No I do not know what the problem is I install the rom it works great then I install my programs and I try to do it one by one so I can narrow down the problem because it even does it with the stock rom. by the way if I needed to go back to the stock rom what do I do to get rid of the atr start screen? I will keep working on it to give you more detail when it happens My pictures load rediculusly slow and my camera stalls will not load and tf3d take forever to start. so if any one has come across a fix or tweek for this please let me know thanks.

hey guy running tfd2 and I love it it has the features and look i'v been looking for this is by far the best rom I have tried one thing I would like to fix in my running programs tab in the top rigtht conner the start file is always there and if you close it it has to restart tf3d want to know is there any way to move that so I dont actidentley close it thanks PS I know this is off subject but can you give me a good link to a thread about music download my phone wont play my sprint files anymore and looking for good places to find new mp3s. what u need to do is UNLOCK ur phone and THEN flash to ATRrom.. there shouldnt be a problem if ur downloading the rom from RapidShare, PLEASE read the thread on Flashing roms before u start asking questions

I have never had that problem when i was running this rom. Did you hard reset and pull out battery after flashing ?

yeah the rom runs fine for a few weeks, I text alot sometimes on screen sometimes keyboard... but for some reason when i was done sending a text after using the on screen T9, the abc letter dissapear and only thing up was numbers and symbols..

You can always try a hard reset maybe it was a app you installed or something. Or reflash the rom too.
