Nah dawg this is for the Touch/Vogue... and apperently its carrier specific for USCC customer... Do not put this on your mogul unless your tryin to bbrick ur device... use the search engine to search for mogul roms, you should find a suitable rom there!

How do I update my radio on my HTC touch

same way as your rom it will be a nbh file so all you have to do is download the radio of your choice for the vogue. take a look at my signature below and you will find your answer to flashing roms and radios are included in that also.
