I had my storage cleared by accident. I do not have my phone backed up to my computer because I'm on a mac. Is there ANY way to recover my contacts?

If you dident back them up then theres no way to restore them

That's what I figured but thought I'd ask first before banging my head on the wall for my stupidity. Any ideas on a program that will allow me to back up on my Mac? Had the instinct and just used the Mobile Sync. Can't even access that now either.

do you still have the contacts? if so just use mail2web you can find asetup tutorial below and it is what i and many other staff members here use....
