I was wondering if there's a way to remove or hide the black taskbar on the top and bottom of the screen so that my wallpaper covers the whole screen. thanks in advance for all the help

yep, here its attached. It wont get ride of your windows profile bars(the solid bars at the top and bottom) theres no way to do away with them that I know of.
