Problems with chrome

I was wondering did anyone have a problem with the chrome on there pro because mine is chipping and cracked and i never dropped her since i had her but i think that the ''plastic chrome'' is pretty cheap personally but nice looking

Nope, Ive had mine since the week of release and its still clean. And thats with being dropped a couple times

call retention..You got one from a bad batch..Its a known but not public to much issue.. They will replace it..

i have been on the phone with sprint 3 times now and they say they wont replace it becuase its cosmetic. im getting pissed now. WTF?

retentions is a dept of sprint, dedicated to doing whatever they can to keep as many customers from bleeding to other providers as possible... they arent supposed to put you through to them, unless your threatning to leave sprint and you want to cancel your contract... but if you call customer service and ask for retentions they'll put you through...
