ppc 6800 contacts wont sync

I recently experienced a laptop meltdown and had to rebuild my contacts in Outlook 2007. My 6800 will not sync and pick up any contacts.

I recently experienced a laptop meltdown and had to rebuild my contacts in Outlook 2007. My 6800 will not sync and pick up any contacts.

Do you have activsync (or windows mobile device center) installed on your computer?

plus, make sure it is checked as an item to sync.
Other troubleshooting measures that I have had to do also include removing the device from the list and setting up a new connection, and/or soft reset both PC and PPC.

uncheck advanced networking from the sync options as well that may help....use too have issues syncing when that was checked on my phone....also i use PIMbackup....works greats....when i have to hard reset and i'm not at home i can just reload my contacts from sd card. :)
