Your profile says you have a QVGA phone, all you will find in this section is VGA themes. If you want QVGA themes, go back to the Mobile themes area and go into QVGA themes instead of VGA themes.

members can help too, the staff here with all we already do cant be do everything since we have a lot on out plates too ..... and if you were to request something in the request area there is a better chance of it getting done than it would in the release area since that is the incorrect spot.\

no its just a .tsk file with the theme........if you want a tl theme just request one someone will get it done for ya
