yea i just took the drivers from a diamond rom dump and the radio oem and threw it into the rom as a small attempt to make it work. o well. can someone post some screenies of the today unmodified? my pro is on the fritz

i still took it down as some were complaining about the theme (on ppcgeeks) so i will edit some stuff in manila for 1.5 but ot the whole theme.

this prolly the fastest rom I've had yet for the TP, and I've tried everyone of them so far. I am running into a problem with the TF3D config tool though. it keeps giving me an error screen and wont run. and also SPrint tv keeps saying incorrect VID, whatever that means. other then that, not a single complaint, but alot of "wow"s :) Good work hibby.

for diamond tf3d config it is the same fix. go into \program files\diamond tflo3d and delete tweaks.xml

Great Rom Hibby. Do you know how I can change the color of the volume. I added the carbon theme with the red bubble notifications instead of the normal green ones. just wanted to get it to match. Thanks again.

ok i found the link for ppcgeeks, and i have to say.... THIS ROM IS OFF THE HOOK! Great rom, love the look and feel, its quick and it has all the progs i love! If it had suduko it would be the perfect rom!!!(HINT HINT LOL) if you ever need help beta testing your new ones let me know

I am goin with brand new build, some nice d3d drivers, lots more apps, converted a bunch of cabs to oems, may change start icons (not too high of a priority since everyone likes there own), also hopefully i can get blackstone manila in there

I had some problems with the interaction of the dialer and contact list, it wont always read the name from the list or recognise the name from just the number when in the dialer. also it would freeze when hitting the call button a few times in a row, as in to get a three way going. let me know if this has happened to anyone else... i went back Kaos' rom and it was smoothe as silk, so i know its not hardware... or i think i know... anyway, figured id let you know what probs were popping up.

I just tried to flash this rom......which would have been the 3rd custom rom on my pro......but it won't boot up. It gets stuck at the first black boot screen. It has always been unclear to me about when to pull the battery and hard reset after a flash. Are you supposed to let if finish booting after the flash then hard reset and flash? Well anyway, I pulled the battery before it finished it's automatic reboot.....did I brick my device? :( Some HELP please....I have tried soft reseting it twice already and it keeps getting stuck. I can't reflash because It wont connect to activesync.

Yeah I just found that and I am reading it....but I can't get it to go into bootloader mode.....you have to simultaneously hold the top power button, the side down volume button and soft reset with the stylus right?

Yea, and hold the phone upside down while doing it I believe.

I was running Big Jew's for awhile, then I flashed to Juicy 4.5 over at ppcgeeks, and then this one......I only kept the juicy rom on there for like 5 minutes though...just to see how it ran. Do you think it was because I pulled the battery too early? when are you actually supposed to hard reset and pull the battery? Thanks for the fast help! Oh and it worked..I'm back to Jew's rom.

Coulda just been a bad flash, you can always try again. But BJs and Hibbys are the best 2 out right now.

I dont know man, try to redownload Hibbys ROM. You may have gotten a corrupt download. That would explain why only this ROM is messin up on ya

Well I switched from the buggy, stable, and slow illegal sys to a faster but less stable and much less buggy legal sys. Also I added some more tweaks.

?? Its called the Hibbys Pro Rom, and if you look at the people responding in the thread, we have the TP. So it is for the Pro, not the diamond. And in the future, just incase you dont know, no ROM will work for the diamond and the Pro. Its always one or the other.

Would anybody know what file the "Start" text is on this ROM? I'm talking about the dll or mui file that would need to be changed to change "Start" to something else. It's normally in SHELLRES.192.DLL.0409.MUI, but can't seem to find this same file with this ROM. Thanks. Love the ROM BTW, will post more on that a little later.

Ok, since I think Hibby is no longer developing this ROM, I'll just keep my comments on this one brief. I ran this for about 10 days. Only trouble I had with it were the 3D type apps like Diamond Dice and Diamond Hologram. Battery life was ok, right on par with stock. In my opinion, this ROM is the fastest I've used. I've used Stock, KK, Weapon, Juicy, and Mighty. That's right, faster than Mighty, I said it. I will say though that all of the ROMs mentioned were not at the versions they are now, cause it's been a few weeks that I've been flashing. I know this is kind of a ghost town thread, but I wanted to try it out anyway, and that's all I have to say about that.
