IMO Ditch the stock 6800 rom it sucks. Just upgrade the radio from htc before you go custom

if you want jsut the rom flashed i would be more than happy to guide you through the process of doing so while i do a couple customer phones tonight..... jsut a thought for you... doesnt take long and i would do for a donation of any amount :> if you would like to pm me for the number or send me a pm with yours and we can work out a time and date :>
