What can I do to remain sharp?
Does it ever happen to you that you forget names? For example, you hear a well known song from a well known performer, but right in that instant you cant figure out their name? Or you cant even remember your own telephone number? Well, the majority of other people have the same problem and it gets worse with age.
How about doing something about it? Just like its possible to keep in good physical shape, its also possible to achieve the same with your brain. You need to excercise!
