for those that don't know ThrottleLock is an android like application to unlock your phone via the pattern you choose, so you phone is protected from unwanted users...these are just some skins to change the way it looks..
Windows Skin

Just replace the PNG files (in Program Files\ThrottleLock on your phone) with the ones located in the Windows Skin folder that you downloaded...
