I just installed Swcked Backup. I made a backup but I haven't had to use it yet.

I have been using the swcked backup that was found here (https://www.wckediden.com/showthread.php?t=164453&highlight=Wckediden+backup) on Wckediden - I have done several full restores and LOVE this program. The newest version is great!
It also has a today plugin feature which I really like as well.
