pocketcm 0.18 not working

i installed pocketcm on my mogul, but it does not want to function correctly...i have to open it from my file explorer, but i want it to function of my "contacts" button...HELP!!! AYUDA!!!!

soft reset if that doesnt work use sktools to chage the path.
