Finding spl on phone to flash

How can I find the spl on the wing? Some threads have stated that in order to run the cannonyang hard spl or to use the uspl you must have an spl of 4. and higher. How can I find that info?

just lok at your bootloader screen... it will tell you there. camer oer and soft reset sould take you there on the wing..... all you need to do to flash as said befor is unlcok with hard spl that is abve 4 ( will say n description) and than flash.... your making this harder than it needs to be.
