Touch with iphone interface

I am going to buy the touch if I can put the iphone interface on it. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to do? I watched Dash's video and I want to be able to have the phone look and operate like his.

for the iphone interface do a search for ifonz, and for the apps dash has just got to your left of the screen to the Wckediden side menu and go to mobile programs.
