been discussed before SEARCH!!! and there are many iphone apps out there i think your prolly talking bout ifonz........

1. download to your pc
2. use winrar to extract cab file
3. through activesync drag to storage card
4. double click on the program form your storage card on the phone
5. choose install to main memory
6. DONE.|

no as long as the memory card is inserted into the phone it should read it no problem unless it is corrupt or you havent formatted the card yet.
