Sorry I know this is a stupid question but I searched and couldn't find it. All my stuff automatically downloads to my MOGUL itself and it never asks me if I want to save to my SD card.....so how do I do that? Then if I go to memory>storage card> it says Total Storage Card Memory: Not Installed.......? Thanks

you have to have a storage card in the slot by the ir port and the battery inlet.

yea I had one but it wasn't recognizing it. It is now though. To put programs that are already on my phone on the storage card do I go to menu>open path> storage card? Because when I do that it says cannot connect with current connection settings. But my internet and wifi are working fine.......? Thanks

try a hard reset but back up contacts because you will lose everything on your phone.
