all you have to do is this for never unlocked phone ( custom roms)
1. connect to activesync and run the exe file and follow the steps.

for unlocked.
1. relock the device if flashing to stock using the titan relocker
2. connect to activesync.
3. run exe file.

why you unlocking you need it locked like i said above

what are you talking bout run the exe file you downloaded for the new official rev a rom.... just do that and follow the steps and you will be fine.......

1. run exe
2. follow steps.
3. done

lol just run on your computer while connected to the activesync and than run the exe.

thanks man it work. took longer than 10 minutes like said when i started but finish wow when it said erase everything it ment everything. if i wanted to change to a diffrent rom like 6.1 do i do the same or diffrent

you use the unlocker and than flash using an ruu.exe
