How to keep PCM keyboard as default

I have PCM keyboard with iphone skin and do not know how to keep it as default.
I have quick menu to apply the sip settings to pcm but everytime i soft reset or restart the phone it goes back to touch keyboard and i have to go thru quick menu and sip settigs again to get pcm keyboard back.
Is there any way to fix this its bugging the hell out of me.

theres another freeware proggy out there that i use called SIPChange the one not built into the quickmenu. i use this and you can find on the site or through google since its a freeware. works great for me and hasnt caused me any hassle or problems.
