system permission

when i try to install some cabs i get this notification, "unable to install, not enough system permission" i was told to use some apps that may work so that i dont get this, but no luck. wut do u suggest?

well that sounds a lot like the vista xp issue with attachments. were the cabs that you downloaded from attachments? if so download from the rapidshare link and if there is no rapidshare links available ask for one in the thread and i or the other staff will get that done for you.

well a simple soft reset and try to install the cab again solved the problem, thank you
