Using your Touch for a Internet Connection on Your laptop

I was wondering if its possible to use my existing data connection EV-DO (when avaliable) to use on my laptop as a connection source? Can I do this just using the existing data plan that i have? Or do i have to pay extra to be able to do this.

I just want to be able to use my phones existing data plan to use on my laptop for an internet connection at no extra charge.

yes, i made a post a while ago called pdanet .. do a local search for PDANet on this site, that will act like regular data and give you internet on your laptop through your phone. It works through bluetooth too if you have bluetooth in your laptop! very cool program! :)
