I have the htc touch this is my first smart phone and I am not 2 computer friendly. that said I want to learn I am not looking to hack in the gov but i would like to use and understand the basics of the phone. I have purchased the $15 power vision plan from sprint and so far i cant watch you videos. i have one trail and error downloaded video and plays back like a slideshow instead one continous video. why does my clock keep jumping a hour ahead? the email botton above the home icon does not show me how many emails i have why? thank for any help.

Honestly man, i got my cell right at the sprint store.. Had no issues since day one.. For the amount of money u have spend, I recommend you go back to sprint or a sprint service..

sounds like you need to hard reset :) turn off your device. when the device is off hold the call and hang up button and while holding them push ur stylus into the soft reset hole. keep holding until it asks you to hard reset. WARNING: this will reset and erase all of your data, so back up any contacts or anything else you may want before doing this. but it shoudl fix it.
