Lost in Download!

Need help after downloading file. How do I Extract and Zip:
Make it Simple for computer Dummy's like me.
Nothing listed under Dash's Noob forum.
" Once download is complete extract the cab file/ another zip from that folder and put it on your desktop"--- whats is another zip?

you need a program like winrar (search google and download trial) to extract zip files. all you do is right click and than go to extract or double click on it and drag. thats how you extract. the other zip folder is actually a cab file just drag to your phone and your done. i hope this helps since this is the basic needs to do anything to your phone and if you dont understand this i wouldnt recommend doing any mods to your phone since this is basic and all mods are more complex to do than this by far.

OK finally got it and loaded the way cool IPhone interface.
What I found was that after the download is complete and the file window opens double click on the "1st file folder" and ur good... Super Thanks for ur help Dash. Computer for Dummy's at its best!

Do you have to have them stored on the SD card or can you put it right onto the Touch's drive it's self?

depends on program if your talking the iphone interface than yes you can install ot the device..... depends on the program on where it should go...... search this touch forum here it has been discussed before on install of programs.
