HTC Customizer Issues

What I need help is the HTC Customizer used to have the contacts icon next to my weather icon, now it has disappeared after I put all my favorite contacts in the cubes. How do I get that back?

first do a soft reset and if that dosent do it reinstall the htc kaiser and hcc home customizer

yup thats all you can really do if your using the kaiser one you will not have the contacts icon but you can use this and than you will have the contacts tab on the main page also. https://www.wckediden.com/showthread.php?t=143051
